This 3-year program blends the art of filmmaking with advanced 3D animation and visual effects (VFX) techniques. It covers fundamentals of art, design, cinematography, and filmmaking, progressing to CG modeling, rigging, animation, and advanced compositing. Students work hands-on with industry-standard tools like Maya, Nuke, Houdini, and Adobe Creative Suite, culminating in a professional Visual Effects short film that combines live action with CGI. The course prepares graduates for careers in the dynamic world of filmmaking and VFX.

Course Details

This program has been designed to deal with Filmmaking by using Live Action, 3D Animation & Visual Effects. The first module deals with the Fundamentals of Art, Design& Composition. A student then understands the basics of Photography and Filmmaking. The second module covers CG Assets & Characters, Rigging & Animation that is required for a VFX film. The third module deals with Dynamics & Tracking. The fourth module combines CG with live action footage using timelines and a node-based compositing software. At the end of the program, the student develops a Visual Effects short filmusing Live Action & CG
